TAAHP Events & Education (excluding Texas Housing Conference)

Virtual Events

Attendance will not be permitted without payment. In the event of a sold out event, reservations will not be held for unpaid attendees.

CANCELLATION POLICY: Unless an event is cancelled by TAAHP, no refunds will be issued for sponsorships or attendee registrations. Registrations can be transferred to another attendee any time before the start of the event.

In-Person Events

Attendance will not be permitted without payment. In the event of a sold out event, reservations will not be held for unpaid attendees.

CANCELLATION POLICY: No refunds or cancellations will be permitted. An attendee may transfer their registration to another person at anytime before the event begins without penalty by emailing info@taahp.org with the full name and contact details.

HEALTH & SAFETY PROTOCOLS: TAAHP will continue to follow all health and safety protocols recommended by federal, state, and local agencies including (but not limited to) the recommendation of the use of facial coverings, social distancing, and hand sanitizing measures.

DISCLAIMER: By registering to attend the TAAHP events, the purchaser hereby requests permission for themselves and/or those the purchaser is registering to enter the event and all facilities associated with the event. By entering/attending the event, all Registrants/Ticketholders understand that, as with all crowds, Registrants/Ticketholders may be exposed to the Coronavirus and other risks. THE REGISTRANTS/TICKETHOLDERS ACKNOWLEDGE THE RISKS INVOLVED WITH THESE ACTIVITIES AND REGISTRANT/TICKETHOLDER FURTHER AGREES TO ASSUME ANY AND ALL RISKS AND TO RELEASE AND INDEMNIFY THE TEXAS AFFILIATION OF AFFORDABLE HOUSING PROVIDERS, THE VENUE AND ALL AGENTS, BOARD MEMBERS, EMPLOYEES, VOLUNTEERS, AGENTS AND PARTNERS ASSOCIATED WITH THE EVENT FROM ANY ILLNESS THAT THE REGISTRANT/TICKETHOLDER OR GUESTS OF THE REGISTRANT/TICKETHOLDER (INCLUDING MINOR CHILDREN OR ANY OTHER PERSONS THAT MAY ACCOMPANY THEM OR THAT THEY MAY COME IN CONTACT WITH) MAY CONTRACT WHILE ATTENDING EVENT. Purchasers, ticket holders/registrants also agree to have their contact information made available to other attendees and participants of the event, including sponsors. Contact information may include your name, title, company affiliation, phone number, fax number, email address, and mailing address.

PHOTO & VIDEO POLICY: Attendee hereby grants TAAHP permission to use my likeness in a photograph, video, or other digital media (“photo”) in any and all of its publications, including web-based publications, for Association purposes, without payment or other consideration.

Texas Housing Conference

Attendance will not be permitted without payment. In the event of a sold out event, reservations will not be held for unpaid attendees.

ATTENDEE REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY:

*Does not apply to sponsorships —Please refer to sponsorship contract for cancellation details.

All cancellation requests must be made in writing and sent to info@taahp.org. Cancel by June 30th for full refunds (does not apply to sponsorships). All cancellations received after June 30th are not eligible for refunds.

IMPORTANT: No refunds will be issued after June 30th for any reason (including illness or other unforeseen circumstances). All registrants will still have access to virtual content automatically and can watch live streams of workshops, education panels and the policy brunch.* Recordings will be available 15-30 days post conference. An attendee may transfer their registration to another person at anytime before the event begins without penalty by emailing info@taahp.org with the full name and contact details (including the person's company affiliation, job title, phone, mailing address and email address) for the person that should be added along with the person that should be replaced.

*Level of Virtual access depends upon your ticket type.

Note: if the live event must be cancelled for any reason, programming will be offered virtually.
