Addressing the pressing need for affordable housing, local governments in North Texas are pioneering unique incentive programs for new developments. This event offers an opportunity to network with local municipalities and industry professionals who advocate for affordable housing in the DFW with a short panel on how certain cities are creatively encouraging affordability through mechanisms that benefit both developers and the community. Our goal is to take inventory of incentive programs across the DFW and highlight successful programs that can inspire actionable strategies for other cities across the region.
