Please join us for this program that will review the significant changes made to the 2026 Texas Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP).

TAAHP's QAP Committee Chair, Karsten Lowe of JPI, and Co-Chair, Emily Abeln of Brinshore Development, will take a deep dive into the changes, including any changes or adjustments made by Governor Abbot by the December 1st deadline for release. They will also walk through how these changes will impact the development of housing tax credit properties in Texas.
